no you don't, but it'll be fairly easy. Every store there is empty. Kostin is near emercom medical which VERY RARELY has anyone there but sometimes does. Avokado is near kiba, generic and adik which are high value weapon loot areas so you might get a fight there, but interchange is a fairly dead map if you're not going to the tech stores off spawn and no one spawned near you.
