other than the scav island scavs which you should be fine with

you're correct, and with the last update that is even more so, they spawn out of line of sight and won't spawn if you're in X range of their spawn

There will be a little camera at the front of your gun as well

Not much you can sell for money there without the flea - Doing some quick lootruns with your scav is a pretty risk-free way of making money - even just loading in on factory and instantly extracting (with your scav ofc)
Or learning hidden-stash runs on your favourite map that has them is another pretty good way of getting some cash in (Plenty of good youtube guides out there, even the old ones are still applicable for these runs)

Your main focus should be doing quests to get to lvl 15 (to unlock the flea), this will open up the world for you in terms of making money and especially opening up your hideout more, where you can start crafting for profits.
Quests -> lvl 15 -> using the flea to make heaps of cash and buy the stuff to start crafting in your hideout for profits

For better success with loot runs, i would recommend using map genie, disabling all, then clicking on the stashes, and extracts button

Using map genie, you can also find out where quest are, kinds of loot in a given area, ect

Of course, nothing will beat the feeling of finding a hidden stash on your own and getting something good from it

Quad core cpus are still fine for gaming, its just that the 7700k is starting to show its age - IF you are going to swap the cpu out, I'd recommend the latest 12th gen (or go amd if you wish), as its a new platform and allows for further upgrades without changing the motherboard for a while.
Now, to actually check what is bottlenecked, get something like HWMonitor, do a raid and see what is being capped at 100%.
W/e is at 100% between the gpu/cpu is what is bottlenecking you, if both are then you're at a weird perfect equilibrium. If the gpu is 100% DLSS should actually help a bit with more frames. If your cpu is the bottleneck, then perhaps looking into overclocking it might help (assuming your temps allow for it). Don't think there are many in-game settings that can give your cpu headroom

that happens usually when you have the tagged and cursed status: you brought very little gear into the raid

100% utilization simply means that the game is able to fully use your components, which is good! However this also means that what you're getting is... what you're getting.
As I mentioned DLSS is useful if you're at a 100% gpu utilization.
100% cpu utilization means that your options are to close any and all processes that use your cpu, and overclocking.
EDIT: Oh and of course lowering in-game settings (if you still can) will probably also give you more frames

Lower resolutions dont allow for the "worse" quality dlss, as it would simply be unusable

For me at 1440p I got no difference between the modes, so Im using quality, dlss itself though gave me 15% more frames

You can hotswap the setting in-raid, so just mess about with it and see what works for you and if you gain anything from it

Keep in mind that the performance modes can look really bad, especially with a lot of foliage. So do try to stand around a lot of "challenging" terrain to see if its actually usable!
Also, make sure to bring a magnifying scope to make sure it doesn't look horrible when using that as well, seen some reports of dlss messing with the quality of some scopes

Hey I have a question about Mechanic's 1st task. The MP-133 custom. I have it all built, foregrip and gk-whatever muzzle brake. durability is 68.4. Pistol grip and laser. my total recoil is 4 off at 854. is the durability hurting that figure or am I missing a key piece of weapon mod.

Does not say anything about what the durability needs to be.

You're missing a mod, durability does not affect the stats for gunsmithing.
Durability only affects accuracy and chance of malfunctions (which are not relevant for the tasks)

Durability does have to be above 60 though
