I read so much in the forum about leveling. So they said, its easy to reach level 20 and above within one week. Ok, here is my question, how? Only quests? Try to kill as many scavs as possible and survive ?

The main difference between people who played multiple wipes and newcomers is in how efficient they are in doing tasks. If you know what items you need and you know what tasks will come then you can combine a ton of tasks and not have to do them seperately.

For example you get a quest really early on to kill 15 scavs on woods. I know that that quest doesn't lead to anything so I will not go out of my way to do it but instead combine it with later tasks that require me to kill scavs on woods with a shotgun or without armor.

Rn the rogues are quite static

They move around a little but they typically just stay in the same area and they wont push beyond certain boundaries

Never managed to get out alive when fighting rogues. That either throw bodies at me until I need to reload up close of just headshot me from 10km if I try to snipe :P

There are some spots that the rogues won't push past

I've farmed them enough to know the patterns now

So if I sit in spot X, there will always be a guy coming from Y kinda deal

If you use default Q/E then often times you will overpeek and they will be able to shoot you. Because your head is the only visible thing you will get head-eyes every time

So long story short, rogues aren't fun. You either cheese them or you die 😛 Not great gameplay there

Red circles they will never push you and these are solid objects that you can righthand em from

Yellow circle they will push 1 guy around the fence above you

Imagine lighthouse expansion actually comes with this patch but its a surprise and not listed in the patch notes

So you can easily clap him

yes, killing rogues is meh, real cheese is playing usec and protecting rogues.

Blue circle they will run around the truck and shoot you HOWEVER you can go prone behind the barrel and righthand lean them for easy kills

So no matter where the rogues are I can always farm them either front or back of the building

Any other spots either leave you open for pushes or have shitty sight angles

Also try not to use cars and trucks as cover because their edges are rounded so the AI will see you much quicker and take you out

Windows don't help either

Boss aggro towards pscavs is kinda random. The most accepted theory is that your scav rep makes it more LIKELY that he's friendly until level 6 where he is guaranteed friendly.

But you can have friendly bosses at low rep too, just lower odds at it
