It incentives players to play the game for longer it’s meant to be realistic if someone is really good at one task another person won’t be able to easily compete in that without crazy outplays or cheating same with tarkov you might not be v able to move as fast but you sure as hell can shoot them in the legs

I respect your opinion I don’t agree but I respect your opinion I’m simply saying that I think skills should be in the game since it provides a additional benefit to actually just running raids and not just money grinding until end of wipe this game is already tough on new players but there are ways to compensate for lower skills such as no instasearch just make sure your listening Sj6 but having no benefit for having your pmc run 30 miles isn’t realistic

So I'm lvl 16. And I had been trying out different weapons. I just killed a pmc on woods with a mp5k. The tiny mp5, the one without the stock. Was very satisfying. If you shoot them in the face, it's a quick death apparently. I'm quite happy with my self right now

I'd suggest you still do some scav runs because a lot of quests require you to just turn in stuff, and if you die often as a pmc you won't get as much loot as you would as a scav which will help with those quests. And you'll be able to afford better gear for your pmc runs and increase your survival rate a bit. But yeah, keep doing quests, you're on the right track.

I guess it boils down to personal preference, like I personally still like to run with vector, but I can't argue that it's a good gun (talking about the whole package, ammo plus the platform).
AKM/MK47 is like a throwback to SA-58 from two wipes back for me, a platform that utilizes ammo that can kill you with two bullets and offers a reliable full auto at medium range.

But if you prefer to play a SMG but with more reliable ammo then AK47 is good option, you can use 60 rounders and you don't have to worry about ergo at all, and the ammo is more than capable.

if you only have 9 minutes you were most likely in a scav raid which puts you into a raid late so you can scavenge items, possibly fight and gtfo

Well yes and no. Yes because it's very accessible and affordable in bulk, no because it would only make the gap between new v.s. better players bigger since they will be running m62/61 anyway.
So I wouldn't say nerfing m80's is the solution / necessary right now, probably would balance out some of the other calibers rather (or guns) - that's my take.
