I would recommend you downloading a recording software, i personally use Medal.tv.

It's clipping the last 30 seconds if you press F6 - pretty easy.

In this situation it sounds like you either used bad ammo, that didn't pen or damage enough - or you just didn't hit him.

There is dead servers, that isn't full every single time - but it's very rare to have labs alone.

and a pmc is your own gear, you spwan at the very beginning of the raid, and scavs hate you
