Unfortunately its not the most fun thing to help people sort out stashes, hence the lack of success.
Use the wiki to look up each item and see what its used for. For now, just worry about if the item is needed for a quest you haven't done, or a hideout upgrade you haven't done.
Easy one to start off with is measuring tape, you'll realize its only used for one upgrade, and you only need 1.
This way you also 'force' yourself to learn what is useful and what isn't, making your stash forever more tidy, and the value you get out of raids forever higher.

Go into offline mode and fight them, best way to learn their behaviour and deal with them. Also, learning their spawns is super helpful, there are maps you can google which will show them

Get a friend to shoot it down to below 50%. Even better is making a full 5 man and going factory to be left alone.
You can also chad up completely with an altyn + face shield and make scavs shoot you, a little risky tho.

Scar L seems to be the less preferred compared to the scar H. If you have the shooting range, test it to see if you like it, if you don't, jump into offline mode and test.
Remember that the ammo is what is important, the gun is mostly just a tool to unload the ammo, so use w/e you feel comfortable with

Offline raids with AI will TANK your fps, I got a beefy pc and it will start to struggle once enough has spawned. If you're struggling for FPS in online raids, try turning on MIP-Streaming, it may help.

Titan is the stronger choice of those, as it has the better repairability than the others, as well as being less destructible, allowing it to take more damage before being destroyed - on top of the higher durability.
Whether or not its worth kind of depends on your budget. Personally I either go cheap, or I go for something with good repairability

Not 100% familiar with that specific cpu, but I would imagine that you are cpu bottlenecked. If that's the case, you have to make sure to close any application that is using your cpu. Very few settings are going to help with performance, as most of them impact your GPU, meaning that lowering them won't do anything, as your cpu is still struggling just as much as before <- this is assuming there is a cpu bottleneck (check your task manager/geforce experience when playing)
