I'd say just never have gear fear, also if you want to practice your aim I would run like a factory offline and when you feel comfortable enough to go out with guns use them. Also learn good positioning, have good positioning on other players rather then pushing in and risking your whole body resulting in a death.

Make sure your firewall isn't blocking it at all, otherwise #community-support generally has better tech support.

and make sure the issue is indeed only on tarkov, sometimes those router issues spring up randomly so you don't know until you try other games afterwards.

Well if it is indeed your internet, so it happens on every game, you can try to replace your router. Or just reset it first and see if that clears it up. If it is only Tarkov it is not gonna be an internet issue
