Honestly wait until you unlock AP grade ammo for whichever pistol you enjoy using the most (so you have a chance against armoured players. Stirrup doesn't lead to anything, so no rush in completing the quest. Otherwise you have to get a bit fortunate with low-pen ammo.
Your pistol choice doesn't matter much outside of ammo-type, so just go with your favourite

I personally disagree with this, the way I see it is the earlier you start doing this quest the easier it is, simply because there are less kitted players . Also any xp is good xp at the beginning

Yeh I have pulled out Slicks, altyns, Killa helmets, Tagilla masks, all with PB but its a lot of knowing my strength and weaknesses, Abusing positional errors, assessing targets gear immediately, and the accuracy to boot. And of course 84 round mag of big damage meme cannons. Definitely not beginner friendly by any means. But completely do able and valid if you have the know how.

The game will try to spawn scavs out of sight of players. Sometimes they will spawn fairly close to you. Not 100% sure how it picks player scav spawns, but there are "specific spawns" that they have, in a similar way to PMC's

I mean, it makes sense. Going through the fundamentals over and over drills it into your veins - allowing you to solely focus on more complex training and ideas. It makes you for the most part avoid the most common mistakes, which is often more than enough to beat a significant portion of players in a fight

I have like a 45% survival rate playing with him. When I am sherpaing or solo I typically run a 80-90% surv rate because I am scared and playing smarter for it.

Pestily raid series is very good for learning a bit but imo you really gotta start ur first 2 weeks to a month solo use mapgenie and stuff to learn extracts and quest items and if u ever dont know what to keep and what not to keep ppl here will normally help
