I find kobra to be the clearest of the low tier sights and the sight shade makes it give +ergo overall rather than reducing it like some of the others

You can also buy the AK-100 handle to attach a foregrip + flashlight/laser if you want too

They can spawn basically any item and generally have good loot. Since their locations are pretty remote sometimes— you can loot them while avoiding PvP for the most part.
