You should try to get rid of pain between fights. It will go away if you heal any conditions like bleeding or broken leg generally. It doesn't affect you too much overall, what matters more is limb damage.

Oh, you could probably get that while playing normally honestly. If you have a firefight head on and they hit you and you win you will likely be in pain. Best way is probably not healing a broken arm, but you can't get a broken arm yourself.

Your CPU and RAM is on the lower side for Tarkov. But if you let the map load in for a minute or two at the start of a match you should stop getting frame drops.
And make sure your visibility is down. 1000 is all you need.

Offline is a great way to learn. After you learn the map don't use it too much though. No reward.

It is used in hideout. I'm new too so IDK if there is a task down the line. You can sell or keep it. When you get a scav junkbox from therapist you can keep all those items so you don't have to worry about it as much.

Salewas are relatively common loose medical spawns. Crackhouse on customs is a great place to go to. The shotguns can be found on scavs, but if you get Jaeger you can just buy them and save yourself headache.

Everywhere in that area is not safe. IDK how it works but I think its just randomly in that area. Not actual placed mines.

The worst settings give the best frames, like most games. In Tarkov there are exceptions since some are unoptimized. There's plenty of settings guides on YouTube that describe good graphics for a balance. I'd recommend going to those.

MOST guns in the game have shit recoil unless you know exactly what type of attachments you need to put on them. Scav weapons never have the right attachments.
