Clothing. Scavs are "poor" as many people put it. If a scav voice line comes up its an ai scav. Also ai scavs move stupid. I would recommend not engaging anything as a scav if you have a choice. Or confirming it is a PMC by clothing at least.

You are going to be getting not bad stuff typically. At 6.0 you have a better chance of getting GPUs and other really good loot. At -6.0 you can still get really good stuff too, but its much less likely.
