Sounds like an internet issue on your side. If your internet is cutting out it causes that. Rarely does the server kick only you out repeatedly.

Play scav and don't kill scavs. Upon extract you get rep. Buy car extracts with PMC and for each map you do it on you get a hefty bonus. Diminishing returns after that initial extract.

The scavs will attack you, but I think you only lose karma upon killing them. I think. Once you are out of that area other scavs will be friendly.
