Roubles do get reset back to 500K every wipe

For scav karma it just depends on how you play but a good way of getting it back to neutral or above is by taking vehicle extracts

I personally wouldn’t reset my account since you can take ~4 vehicle extracts to be back to neutral rep with fence

It should be 7 minutes or an xp threshold which can easily be met by killing a scav or two
