trying to conquer gear fear and I have realised now that it is nearly impossible to go broke if you have half a frontal lobe
my issue is game starts
Either dying late in raid due to not knowing the flow / extracts of a map (even with a monitor 2 map)
or most importantly, dying immediately due to not having visualizations of spawns outside of whats on paper

It is nearly impossible for me to do my Jager intro quest (this being my 2nd time) bc it just does not compute my location at the start, nor do I understand how close PMC's start in my immediate vicinity

anyone have a hard solution to this other than wasting hours on 100's of RNG spawns or seeing 400 pixel map on google images

I feel like if I can conquer a start of a game, immediately have the knowledge of where I need to go, it will make me more confident in my abilities as a PMC to fight off other threats and survive

I know general scav locations, but realistically I am looking for a way to help understand the size of maps, spawns, and how to utilize the first 60 seconds of every match most efficiently

Use offline mode. Turn Scavs off and just compare your screen with the map. Use the interactive maps not just a picture. Do one map at a time till you know your way around

well, if you dont know the spawns, i would instantly run OUT of your immidiate spawn area, maybe for like 5-10s for most maps and hide somewhere real quick, so people who posh spawns dont find you (i dont see many people doing that tho), sit there for a few minutes and then...go do your thing

Its due to a law the EU has, that every software needs to function everwhere the same.
Non-EU version only work in the country/region of sale (So US wouldnt work when on a vacation in EU)

If his ping is higher than 150, he will be kicked from the server
Doesnt matter which version or Internet (to a degree, too bad can affect it)
All matters is chosen server location you two connect to.
Just check in the launcher and choose those that both of you have (well) below 150 if possible.
If you have none, you cant play together.

so.. tactical rigs is way better than backpacks to store stuff in your stash
4x3 tactical rigs = 12 slots but some of them give 16 - 20 etc slots inside

downside is you will either have 1x or 2x or 4x squares, if you need to store larger items it needs to be outside the tactical rig
