I think there's an image or few on the wiki of items you should keep for quests etc, but it can be difficult to stockpile too much - even with the larger stash that EOD gives you. I have a scav junkbox even, and I'm gonna have to start selling some extra stuff like meds and things I won't use immediately

A couple days ago Pestily identified a bug where if you complete and hand in Chemical Part 4, it causes all of your traders reputation to get extremely negative for no reason. A lot of players fell victim to this.
