If you can, I recommend printing a paper map on 11x17 and keeping it at your desk. Paper is good because you can rotate it depending on where you are facing to line up land marks. I like to play in the dark and use a pencil maglite to look at it.

I'd recommend learning Factory. There's not many exits and it's a small map. Scav's get the same three exits all the time.

After a while tho, they become easy. If you wanna practice going full-send CHAD on them, I would go to offline, fill the map with as many scavs as you can and go "tagged and cursed". If you want to simulate a match instead, I'd fill the map wiht scavs, and turn on scav war.
