Like scav fights are fine but whenever im up against a PMC they always know where I am and always get the kill. I try to move positions. I aim for legs and use the highest flesh damage ammo I can use (level 13). No matter what I do or how much I try to outsmart them, they always know where I am and seem to always get the first shot

Basically, your ammo sucks early, PS is probably the most accessible best round but recoil is high.

Focus on quests and scavs, get to flea, just sell things to get scav junk boxes - save junk to sell on flea or for quests

Once you know how it's very easy to make money, crafting helps alot but isn't that useful until 2-3 I feel.

You can always do scav runs, and if you are super low level like level 5 or lower, you can always reset your account through the launcher. You'll start off again at level 1 with a bunch of free gear and like 500,000 (estimated) rublez and some euros and american dollars

If you can, find a good PDF map that has the exits located on it, and print that sucker out. I have printed maps and a tiny maglite that I use. You can use mapgenie.io but I like the paper map bc I can spin it around depending on what way I'm facing in game.
