tl'dr i almost always recommending scav runs on customs, since (a) the map is small enough that you often get to an extraction within 3 minutes after infil if you have like a labs keycard on you; (b) there's ton of loot, especially usec/stronghold areas and you'll find more loot than you can carry, even on a scav run; (c) plenty of caches on your way, so you don't even have to do a dedicated stash run, just pick those which are close to your route; (d) you can win a lottery if you stumble upon rashalla and manage to pick some leftovers
to put it into a perspective, an average raid should give you around 400-900k, while an awesome raid can yield up to 1.5m

Multiple ways. Easiest, go in with scavs. Interchange for loot to sell, Reserve and Factory for gear. Crafting is another way if your hideout is upgraded a bit
