You need both Skier and Jaeger at Level 2, which are level 13 and 12 prospectively, focus on other quests over gunsmith, unless you know which parts to look for in raid. You can also do a level 1 mechanic barter for a shotgun that has most of the parts you need on it, If your focusing on gunsmith, its because you know where the gunparts spawn, or have access to the fleamarket and are just buying the parts as you need them. Prior to flea you should not be trying to waste time on this quest, i've seen players beg for what works out to be 2-3 real time hours for gun parts to "save them time" leveling when they've actively missed 11-12 raids at 700xp-6000xp per raid, Saving them time would have been going into raid and focusing on tasks they can actually accomplish. All jumping the gun does is put's you in a shittier situation for the next quest in the same line, there are 16 of them that finish off at level 36, no point in rushing them, The money from the parts is all but evaporated mid wipe as well for disassembling the rewards, and the "Bit coin" rewards from the gunsmith quests people talk about come at level 16 anyways, which is post access to the flea market. So again, circles back to "Get flea first" before gunsmith quests, I did all 16 of them in 31 minutes with the wiki after ignoring all but the first 6 to unlock tarkov shooter with jaeger
