For me, I would toss the blue containers in your generator. The empty tanks sell decent still on the flea. Otherwise you can craft a mag case out of them.

Propane is a good barter to prapor. 2x propane, 1x fuel conditioner for a metal fuel tank. You can save the metal tanks for a grenade case, but it isnt a great for sale craft.

Soap is useful to make shampoo. Then use the soap, shampoo, and I think meds to make vasaline. Otherwise, the sell ok on flea.

Paper I just sell. If you have an high level intel center you can make intellegence folders. Otherwise, meh.
