Weak side and strong side is typically how people refer to which hand they shoot with . In tarkov everyone is Right side strong with no ability to switch to weak side , or switch to off hand.

(Weak side is where you keep main hand on weapon as normal but shoulder it with left side , vs a off hand switch which is where you switch hands controlling the weapon )

Love the tarkov experience, 1 of 2 scenarios go in undergeared have fairly close engagements (man if I just came in with a bit more gear would of had that one) Or come in heavily geared have a horrible spawn and immediately get into a 4 on 1 engagement hoping my grenades take one or 2 of them out only for them to shut the door as I'm throwing the grenade inside and it bounces back and kill me lmfao

One of the best checks is to ask them to follow with the hand gesture, AI will pretty much always respond to that with a thumbs up/down and a voiceline

honestly you dont need to heal until after youve finished it if you want. if youre in a good spot just dehydrate and wait 5 minutes, it wont kill you in 5 minutes

i did mine just brining powdered milk, waters and a grizzly. proned on spawned and dehydrated then just waiting until it was complete, drank water, healed

On funny instances is that I was doing a pistol run for Jaeger quest, killing 5 scavs with no armor, and stumbled upon a dumped player stash with MDR and MP7 😂

I finished the quest and extracted with that MDR and MP7.
