That's how tarkov handles recoil, all guns have big initial recoil then level out as you continue firing. Burst fire is always less accurate

there are couple of tricks to make your life easier:

• prapor's quests are your no.1 priority, because he will eventually give you an epsilon safe container, which is twice the size and actually makes the game playable
• don't hoard too much, just focus on few next quests and keep these items, sell the rest
• stick to single type of backpack and stack them
• sell cheap items that you can buy back, i.e. magazines, ak mags - you'll sell them for 1k, buy them back for 3k, you'll lose 2k in the process but gain 2 extra slots in your inventory which is way more valuable to you at this point
• same goes for cheap healing items, glasses, etc. keep essentials
• you can strip most of the guns by removing hand grip and magazine so they will take less space
