I can tell you that the letter for most ak's usually wont matter depending on how you customize it though

Only ak I can think of would be the aks-74UB which comes with a silencer

irl typically the AKS are a shortened version with a stock that can be folded. while AKM and AK-74's are the full size variants with fixed stocks. It tends to translate here. The other numbers will indicate what model. Like the AK-101 is a 556 variant of the weapon.

Scav + pmc extract, you can try to dress as a scav with your pmc and try to got to scav+pmc extract, someone farmed it like this
