each car extract has a different count

thats not how the armor works in this game, it is absorbed by the armor, even if it did that much damage it did not penetrate it and does very little damage to it, the best way to explain it is by using the ballistics table and noticing no 9x18 penetrates level 4 armor @final frigate

There's better maps for loot but supposedly there's more hackers on them... so learn a map like customs or maybe shoreline. learn where the stashes are and try to hit those. maybe even alternate and do some Scav runs too. If you don't know the maps, look at the wiki for the maps and look at mapgenie's maps for them... and get the compass from that Prapor/Jaeger quest so you can find your bearings from some of the landmarks
