Nope, but it can spawn in any toolbox/dufflebag. You can also craft it at workbench lvl 1 with a HDD, which is easily found in a computer.

Get to know the shape of the big central mountain, also being able to recognise the mountain in the north (the inaccessible one) is helpful too. Do the quest for the compass asap, as it can help get your bearings (its a quest fairly early on from Prapor, that is in woods).
Next is knowing the important areas and where they are. Lumbermill, meds camp, the 3 'villages' to the north, etc. Run about the map in offline and try to note what they look like, and where they are in relation to the central mountain. Of course have a map of woods on a 2nd monitor/phone.

Try #pvp-lfg if you're looking for players to play with, or #sherpa-info and join the discord there if you're looking for a guide. Nr. 1 thing I can recommend is to play in "offline mode" with AI enabled to learn 1 or 2 maps, while learning how the movement and gun mechanics work. Once you're ready to play online, focus on the quests the different vendors give you.
Customs is a good map to learn early as it hosts a lot of the early quests. Factory is great for pvp.
Last tip is to use your "Scav" as often as possible. This is a character that will have a random loadout every time, and you will spawn later on in each raid, however AI scavs will be friendly to you and possible other player scavs too. Its a great way to learn the game in a "live" environment :)
