I always have the problem of aiming a few inches too low in every game. In cs:go I always hit shoulders when I think my aim is head height and the same applies here too

i taught myself labs this wipe - your best bet is going to be figuring out where the color keycard doors are and where the exfils are

i spent 2-3 full raids in offline mode just walking around following maps to understand it

the top 2 floors are pretty simple, the tunnels are complicated but can largely be ignored when you're new
