@civic latch play offline, do scavs and use maps to know where to find them. Get to know the time of Scavs players spawns and try to do it timing it right to minimize the encounter with players.

Usually scavs will do voice lines when they see you or any pmc
They got random gear

They spawn on the same places
And they stick around the area they spawn in
They run and drag their feet when they stop

Because they sell cheap ammo as you get them
For example peacekeeper lvl 3 sells 9x19mm AP 6.3 at 4$ a round
You spend 687$ for 150 rounds
Those same rounds in flea market costs you around 1500 roubles per round
That's 200k on flea and 90k on peacekeeper
They also help yo level up faster
