@patent scarab What I normally do is inspect the gun and look if theres any rails or w/e to attach a scope, also under you can see the "magazine" "muzzle" and there's not a "scope" so probably if you buy a "mount" it will have the "scope" that u can attachc to it

@twilit anchor thatβs just unlucky. I always extract either 011 or on crossroads depending on the spawn I get off the start. I usually play super passive on the map and really only go for stashes or hit the theee new buildings.

I'm a good shooter with tons of practice on factory and got to level 20 something last wipe for the first time; I really want to find someone who can help me learn some pmc routes on Interchange and how to play the map, as well as scav loot routes that wont get me killed as much. i've always scavved reserve because of the loose loot spawns, but its a bit sweaty, so to each their own. Personally, i've found its a good idea to do interchange and either hit oli if its early, or go through the shipping docks and hit the tools on all the shelves, since many of them (hoses) are super valuable on the market early wipe.
toolboxes also spawn bolts, which are 40k a pop right now.

need to keep a map up on your phone or second monitor... pay particular attention to caches unless it's labs/reserve...
if you wanna learn the extracts, just look up the wiki on the map and the extracts should be explain there

@dawn fern in MOST cases, the most easiest accessed and always open extracts are gonna be on the opposite side of the map from where you spawn as a PMC... if you spawn on the left of customs, then the right side extracts are where you wanna go

@drifting jolt the only problem i really have is knowing where im at. I have done the quest for the compass.. but knowing where im at and where i need to go is another story. also tried offline. wondered around for an hour before i stumbled upon an extraction

@dawn fern Yeah, you legitimately just have to play the maps at least 5-10 times each before you start getting your bearings

the map i know the most is customs @drifting jolt. and i still dont know the difference in which way is which. even with a map pulled up. so should i just assume no matter where i spawn i need to go the opposite side of the map unless i know for sure the extract i have is closer?

if you see a big red warehouse, you're on the left... 2 big white towers are center of map
if you're in trees youre on the north side of the map, if youre in buildings your on the south side

if you see a long straight road and a white wall running all the way down it that's the road that cuts the main island in half from left to right
the wall is on the south side

Reserve is actually upside down int he maps if im not mistaken, south is at the top
@dawn fern Interchange is AMAZING for doing cache runs, there's like 22 of them in total, but i think like 16-17 can be hit in one run, and done in less than 12 minutes

caches have the best possible loot pools of lootables places
most people rush into the building on interchange

so you can do 2 or 3 raids, and there's a good possibility you'll never see another PMC

there's even a few maps people outlined their cache run
eessentially if you were to pull up a map, you would go from Emercom to Railway, or vice versa, those are the extracts
then from railway go down then cut right below the building
or if you spawn near emercom then do the reverse
