Should I sell a gun that I can't buy ammo for? I picked up a hunter carbine in my last raid but none of the traders carry ammo for it. I could use it for one raid but with only 12 shots I don't feel comfortable relying on it.

teh scav you see on the left hand side when you click 'escape from tarkov'... that's the scav you will use in raid

So you can see 'loosely' what your scav has for a kit... it wont show you the meds/ammo youll spawn with though

Your PMC is where you risk the gear you take in.. which youve done obviously

Scavs basically replace PMCs in a raid as they die...

#

There are AI scavs AND player scavs... AI scavs will not shoot your scav until you hurt one of them

#

but after you hurt one they will shoot on sight...

#

But if you start with shitty/small tactical rigs and/or bag... then you need to try to acquire a larger one in raid... more space = more money you can make

#

So some times it's recommended you kill scavs, strictly for their gear

you dont need to have a ton of mags... if you take a pistol, max of 3 mags, and keep a stack of the bullets in you secure and simply reload your mags from your secure when necessary

Survival is where it is at. Even a run through gives that much. It's all about getting out without firing a shot at that point. Learning where people are and are heading will help tremendously especially after you are a chad going for PVP.

yeah dude TEST the FOV and how it works with your lasers and sights because sometimes if your FOV is too high or something your shoots will go soo far away from where you aim.

The higher the fov the more lasers seem like they are taped on. At lowest they dont sway from your point of impact at all but as you get higher they do for some reason, more and more. Same goes for red dot sights and holos, however most sights have sway regardless anyways. Its easy to test if you put on a laser and a dot and see how much they sway from eachother

Limit it too 1 server and choose somewhere that--
A) Has ping as high as 170~ (but no more or autokicks occur)
B) Is nighttime in the region to reduce the player count further

Hatchet running for stuff can be decent if you know what to loot, a lot of things can be converted into FIR stuff in your hideout.

I have 105 melee kills this wipe and this is my experience using melee (not necessarily hatchet running but hatchet running is included)

they are an Emissary in the discord; look on the right side for the members who have Purple Names that are Emissarys
I believe they are all language based; for example each emissary represents a different language like portuguese or tagalog and specialize in helping that primary language'd player to understand the game @crude locust incase the player does not know english I think

SBIH = Shoot born in heaven. For IC, you should either pick a long hall like by window to tech light, top of power plant, top of fire barrel escalators looking into front ultra entrance, loading docks outside goshen on oli side looking to emercrom extract, bhop onto one of the bridges near railway, either of the signs camping the mall.

I personally recommend bay window where you can look towards techlight, out towards scav camp, or goshen tents.

Gmcount and djeta can go. I wouldn't keep the cheeses cause any other med kit will fix light bleeding, so they're just for scav runs when you don't have any healing. Otherwise I'd just sell stuff and do pmc raids until you die or hit level ten to start purchasing further storage.

At peacekeeper level two, I believe, you can trade for a beta container. Or do quests and the punisher quest line will give you a bigger container than even the beta for 'free.'
