I see some people lv 30-40 with elite endurance and lv 20-30 strength and i don't get it... How do they get so much xp ? I'm only at this point and I run like a maniac and stay in raid for at least 20/30 and also use a decent amount of grenade... How do they do it ?

@iron raptor they spend the end of the raid running back and forth over and over again to boost their endurance... specifically when they have a broken leg and take pain killer
It boosts their endurance and their like pain something? or one of the other more medical related skills

@iron raptor neither of the above - the leveling speed of both of these skills decreases very fast so it is better to have very short raids (sub 5min) where you are overweight for atleast a minute and be sprinting the entire time, and of course use the air filter in hideout

@iron raptor Endurance is leveled by the longer you run (per sprint). So if you just book it for the first half of a raid, you get a fairly large amount. if you snag some loot and get above the 50% mark, you get fat gains in Str
The guys I play with are like that, while I play slower. My endurance is about 15 lvls lower, str is 5 lvls lower. We are about the same lvl over all xp wise lol

@iron raptor use the fp-100 air filter in hideout and run everywhere but for getting strength higher most fill backpacks with empty fuel and run around for a raid and repeat

@worthy perch depends on how much you play, they are about 300k each and last for i think around 24h so if you play a lot and care about leveling your skills then go for it but otherwise i don't recommend it.

Questing is a pretty easy way to level up fast early on. Take it slow and play with a group if possible. A lot map knowledge will help. Scav runs and offline raids will help tremendously. @paper tulip

I've been using that map. It definitely helped me understand where the extracts were. So i'm not running around blindly in-game
I still have a hard time orienting myself when i'm in the center of the map. all those warehouses and broken buildings get my sense of direction all messed up in-game

the easiest way to remember is the main straight of customs. if you look at the map, you should notice there is just one big street that runs through the middle of the map and attaching to the main bridge on the west side.
as long as you are following that road, or see the road. you can easily determine where to go, since it stretches from East to West almost entirely across the map.

the flow of a raid ends up being quiet an important skill set to teach one's self. Though what he says CAN be true, one shouldnt consider it to be whats ALWAYS gonna happen, but there is always an advantage in keeping the mentality that there are scary high level people out there.
another way to know where you are is right as you spawn. a typical rule of thumb for almost all Tarkov raids is that your spawn will always be the opposite side of the map of your extract. so if you check your extract on spawn and see you have "ZB-11, Old Gas station," etc. that means you spawn in the far west side of the map./

when buying, its best to get blue fuel if its less than 60k or metal fuel if its less than 100k. otherwise if you use the blue fuel for crafting that is probably better.

It's a bit RNG but yeah should be able to crank it out within a couple hours unless you have a lot of trouble surviving or the worst luck ever. Could also try joining a 5 man factory. They may let you in just to get the 5th warm body no mater the level and if you let them know that is all you want should be fine with it.

If you have penetrating *ammo then no, dont shoot for legs... if you have shit ammo, then shoot for the legs

I've had too many encounters when I get the best ammo possible and I still get over 150 or 200 damaged blocked, full magazine emptied and they dont die

If you know it's just a player scav, then be more aggressive and push them, they're gonna assume you're a PMC and probably, most times, get put on their back foot and then they'll be on the defensive
being on the defensive is always putting you at a disadvantage
