Either can use something like the Bravo/HAMR optic which is a zoom optic with red dot mounted on top....or need the NcStar canted optic mount to add a canted red dot and then a zoom opic

@steady pilot just tried the ELCAN in firing range. The zoomed in is too sensitive for me.
Basically the issue is that when you zoom (change FOV) with multiple zoom sights the turn rate does not change. So move your mouse the same amount and you character turns the same amount. Makes it difficult to use these scopes when the FOV/zoom changes.
At least for me and a lot of others. You can regularly see topics on reddit about this.

@steady pilot There is some wiggle room. Lots of people will argue 7n39 is better than BS because of better pen. Or flechette is better than 8.mm for buckshot fans. Can make an argument that copper slugs are better than AP-20 because of better accuracy...

If you go to game setting and click on "Always show interface elements" it will keep HUD elements up all the time. But it is VERY limited and les than you expect in other games.

Also consider this is a small studio. They don't have Dice/Rockstar resources. As someone who has played for 2 years the game has developed and I have no complaints. Yes it needs work but I believe they will continue to improve.

@waxen rock First thing to do is RESET EXPECTATIONS. Doesn’t matter how much or how well you do in other shooters. This is a knowledge game. You will die and die due to lack of experience not gear. Experience. It will require persistence and commitment. You need to learn maps, scav behavior, PMC behavior, what is good vs. bad ammo. Practice OFFLINE mode, with scavs on, at Customs. Try to make it from spawn to exit 10 times. IF you can do this 50% of the time then you are ready for online. Meanwhile use your scav at Interchange to get loot and learn the map.
