@twilit patio that feature is kinda glitched so you might not get all possible attachments, look up the gun's name and then go down the list inspect the items, dont get too complicated, so if its an ADAR just type ADAR, if its a M4A1 just type M4

at the start vest and helmet will only help you against scavs so try to avoid many player fights, also scav runs help a lot
