Good gun is the one using good ammo...so don't cheap out on ammo

Depends on how much money you have, but you can get away with any foregrip really. The KAC vertical pistol grip is cheap and decent, if you've a bit more money you can look into the ZENIT series of foregrips, zenit RK-1 is really, really good. Sight is personal preference, I recommend trying a couple out and seeing which one you like best. I personally love the BELOMO pk-06. And as for the recoil pad you've only got 1 option and that's the "recoil pad from gp-25.."

Oh and try to build a workbench in your hideout ASAP. Once you've built one you can right click weapons in your stash and press "edit presets" from there you'll be able to see every modification you can do on any gun

Black polymer from prapor lvl 1, tt01 iron sight, dynacomp compensator. Add gp-25 pad for 4k if you want.
The tt01 is a good iron sight with weaver rail for red dots ifyou want one, and ak100 handguard has a grip slot. You can take as shown and find stuff in raid to upgrade to or put something you like

Many things sell to traders for same or even more than on flea.
Basic weapons broken down and sold to Skier...then rest to Mechanic are an example.
Plus you can sell Immediately a few dozen items vs. 3 at a time on flea.

There's no argument for fastest use time either as they aren't, they just have the fastest complete time. Grizzly's have the fastest heal time but the longest complete time. You can stop a med cycle at any point by pressing left or right mouse button

I don't believe so. I would suggest going to cheapest to lowest sorting for both armor and fuel. Then scroll down (can choose to show 100 on a page with drop down on bottom left).
For fuel such as the blue ones you aren't going to find full ones til you get to about 50K or so

First thing for new people in EFT to do is Reset Expectations. You are going to Die....a lot. You are dying due to lack of experience. You need to push through. Learn maps, learn scav behavior (spawns), PMC behavior. Learn what GOOD ammo is. Offline can help with the maps and scav behavior
