Go to new black and get the keycard

Restart game and go labs a couple of times and fuck around (have to survive unless it got changed)

When the new dialogue procs (from kermit) talk to mechanic

Go to labs and pick up the master keycard from Facebook in the new black room in the safe, then survive 3-4 times on labs, then the quest will update and you will have to hand in 40 bitcoins , then you will get the key to the apartment on streets and can pick up the rfid encryption device

massively depends on the weapon. smg almost always has to go for face / head whereas ARs with higher pen can go for the thorax and be fine. with the amount of class 6 plates around, you dont stand a chance for the upper body with any lower caliber bullet.

theres 3 "premium" ones that cannot be listed on flea and has their own attachments. fast mt, wendy exfil and airframe. u can attach extra armor pieces or their own headset etc. on them. but if u just want the helmet itself and nothing more, ulach is the best as it has ear protection that most other helmets dont. if u also want face protection, ronin respirator covers ur entire face, but is more expensive than others and u can only use earbuds with it

VPO is fine but the ammo is goofy AF
The only really good ammo is the AP ammo but its only craftable/FIR so its hard to get
The other 3 ammos are high damage and low/med pen which is mid af for a sniper your tryna get headshots with

BUT if your just shooting dudes in the face with it; its great. Dont hit helmets or youll be very sad. It also 1 hits unarmored thorax shots alot because the ammo is so high damage

the highest damage is the .366 Geksa with like 110 damge or something ridiculous

if you run .366 geksa in a .366 AK carbine, you can 4 hit leg shot any player (440HP per player, 110x4 shots = dead) in the game and most bosses with 6+shots to the legs will die too

you can dump 90 rounds and NGAF

gun + 90 rnds and 3-4 mags is under 50k from traders and even cheaper if you find it inraid. Try the 209 sometime but BE GENEROUS when you shoot at targets; more ammo than you think you should 😂
