I think level 25 is pretty good for someone who only has 100 hours. In terms of loot, alot of items are worth more than 10k. Almost everything you find is worth 10k. Spark plugs, pliers, nuts, bolts, any kind of these hardware items are always going to be around 10k or more on flea. If you are really struggling for money, you can try a few things. Look up safe loot runs (i.e. runs that arent too contested so you keep your survival rate up.), play scav on cooldown (and find a loot run you're comfortable with here too), and make sure to always fill your bag. You shouldn't be leaving stuff behind if you have empty slots. A slot filled in your bag/rig is money that an empty one wouldnt have. If you fill a 25 slot bag with a bunch of items at 10k a slot, you make 250k.

Arena is great for leveling up things like bolt-action skills for Psycho Sniper or Machine Guns for Batya, and then just general xp and cash flow. Technically you can level charisma for it as well for like charisma brings success, but I'd just use it for leveling weapon archetypes and doing dailies

Yea, its pretty good when you can dispense a lot of it in a short time into the enemy, it has really good armor damage so it can chew through even high level plates and armors quite quickly. The time to kill will not be as good as on an m4 with m855a1 but good for a shotgun

Devote one full offline run (you can even turn off AI) to visiting and memorizing the surroundings of all spawn points. Half an hour is enough time to do just that. Just visit spawns and use the time to get your bearings in their immediate vicinity. No equipment for max stamina. Note what kind of loot, cover and concealment is nearby, from where to expect spawnhunting juicers etc, where to go next.

Recognizing where you’re at as soon as you match increases chances of survival by like 30%

U can go to ur health tab and learn every icon and what it means

some meds like the cheese one only heal they dont fix bleedings

you have to use bandages for light bleeds and esmarchs or tourniquets for heavy bleeds, fractures u have to use a splint and breaks u gotta fix them with a surgical kit

I’d say the AKS-74U is probably overall your best choice. It can be fully modded with a vertical grip, laser, and red dot all at LL1 traders. The ammo it uses, 5.45, is also abundant in raid. Good class 3 all the way to class 5 ammo can be found in big packs like 120 rounds at ammo spawns.

Kedr is pretty much only good for leg meta, and you don’t even have access to the rounds that do the most flesh damage. You could make it work if you play relatively ratty/stealthy and avoid fights. But I would say the AKS74U offers better range and is more versatile.

It should be the other way around. The rifle probably doesn’t need a backup since it can work from close to like medium long range, whereas your mosin will only really work medium to long range (if you have a scope) and if someone pushes you up close you’re dead.

gate 3 is tough, most common extract for sure. But yeah, spawns are fixed right, so everyone whos a little experienced knows where people CAN spawn, and are likely to watch spawns for a little. Which is why I suggested dont move for a minute or 2 so they think "okay no one spawned there this raid" then they move on. Might also just be easier to find a duo who you can pvp in factory with if it comes to it.
