if you have body armor (not plate carriers) that are class 4 and under then they arent THAT. worth it, however i would keep the plates in case

and also you dont need so many mags, sell them off and if u need mags just do right click - linked search on the gun ur currently using

(though do take into account some guns need higher trader levels to buy mags and ammo for)

I struggled with this til this wipe, and the answer for me is to just find a quick and easy scav route, and just scav between every pmc raid. A good run can easily make you 500k in 5-15 mins (excluding queue times). If you dont have time to scav, just loot everything on the way to your quest etc. Hit jackets, duffles, crates, loot spawns.

If not, go to each of the traders you have unlocked and at the top-center of the screen click the "visit" button, and exhaust all the dialogue options you can find. With an entire second set of menus, its easy to forget to check in with one trader at the beginning and feel like you're soft locked

^^ General pvp stuff is positioning and noise determining a large % of your fights. Shotguns specifically rely pretty heavily on knowing your ammo too, to a greater degree than rifles imo. Slugs vs shot, flesh vs pen, etc. Try to figure out ahead of time if you're trying to hit a couple pellets of magnum buck on someone's exposed face or if you're going to go for leg meta, trying to switch between the two will rarely do you any good. Beyond that, just apply League of Legends rules to your mental

Okay cool. So. Um. Here's the thing. Its uh. Its probably gonna suck, my friend. LOL

I'd say the best things to do in the beginning are learning your keybinds and getting them to muscle memory, including all the weird ones like quick peeking left/right (ctrl+q/e i think), then start learning the maps. Even if you lose fights often, if you can at least remember where other players will spawn and how to get out of bad situations, you'll do okay.

The biggest thing is to not let tilt eat your kits. There are cheaters, streamers, and a bunch of other links on the food chain that are all above you for now. Accept that you're gonna die a lot while you're learning and thats okay, and I promise you'll have SO much more fun. If you tilt and immediately requeue, you'll play worse and die more, then end up deep in a hole where you have nothing but 34RUB and a half-busted PM to your name lol

Oh my bad, but so far I think you should hit the flare extract, in my case it's usually safer route than to cross the streets to Nakatani or through Terra building into Emercom.

Granted there'll be extract camper as well though
