not always but there are a few spawns im pretty sure. also when you go into the parking garage right here (where tagilla spawns) you can go through a little van and find valuable loot spawns and good ammo

well i have been in a lot of situations with blacked head lol, u cant take fall damage, cant run with any blacked or broken legs, cant take damage in other black out parts. other than that u cant take blunt damage, meaning damage to armor, even to the head (bounce off helmet).

It's the way BSG does damage. It only damages parts that are above 0. Your head is at 0. So it doesn't take the damage. Don't ask why. It's just the way it is lol.
