It’s alright, not amazing loot. The key is on ground zero in the parking garage and inside there is a dead scav, wooden ammo box, toolbox, grenade box and 2 different weapon boxes

you need to find this yourself, the Tarkov wiki has great maps where you can see all the spawns and exits

learning the maps is key

and depending on your spawn you only got certain exits

green would be the signal flare Area, red would be the death area and you stand towards the exit and shoot in a 45 to 60 ° angle forward up

if you shoot straigt up the flare popps behind you

Orange would be the flightpath of the flares

so if you shoot straight up or straight forward it wont work, its much easier with the signal pistol tho 😄 the reactive flares are a bit tough

Honestly things are decently balanced - as far as Armor (helmets included) goes the armor class is king. Many plate carriers you can actually take the armor plates out and put them into other carriers. Let's say you're wearing a lvl 4 armor and the enemy has a lvl 5 armor, you likely can just take their plates to upgrade your own armor if you are enjoying that rig. Try to find one that allows for side plates also.

Dont forget to repair for $ and do the expensive repair to prevent the durability from dropping over time

The reason it's so wonky (though idk why hex is so low) is because at that time, armor health would go down no matter where you got shot, so it was disadvantageous to have stomach/arm protection, whereas now they all have their own individual health pools. Im thinking of running the shotgun since I dont have access to good ammo, only good armor and am going to go for legs I think. I have flechettes unlocked and am wondering if I should use them or something like express 8.5. Also, what sight should I use for this? And should it be further in the front or in the back?

Buddy of mine has 64gb DDR4, 1080ti and a Ryzen 9 5900x, and gets more FPS on high than medium, and I've had similar success going ultra instead of medium in some cases.

all anecdotal and no real "reasoning" behind the why i can give but its worth a shot considering it's free to do

Otherwise best bet is to consider an upgrade to something with a better CPU. GPU wise you're more than fine, ram wise is okay with 2x32gb being better but not going to solve a lot on a game that is heavily cpu bound

Now gpu usage reaches 60% and cpu 30%, which is weird, since the cpu is what is supposed to bottleneck. The ram usage remains similar, system wide 19gb are used out of the 32. I honestly cannot figure out the problem

Process lasso. There should be a good handful of tutorials on it for Tark, but it basically isolates cores in your CPU for use by EFT for more efficiency. Helped me bump about 15fps before I upgraded to an x3d CPU

i do suggest playing arena, 0 risk and you get insane levels (+%129 to gains) you can fully level the mastery of a weapon in 2 games of checkpoint. this stat gains is from like 3 games

• debatable - defo helps a lot getting unheard but if ur under 500 hrs ur so shit it wont make a difference. arena is also considered p2w sometimes since theres a trader (ref) that sells VERY good items and you have to play arena to get the currency he uses and level him up
• will probably run, no chance at highest graphics but low-med 1080p should work at ~60 fps (VERY rough estimate)
