the spawns on the east side of the map are fucked, theres a gazzlion quests that are just go to resort grab something leave, outside of the resort there is open fields that give you no cover, (East side mainly) and again theres only 1 actual POI on the east side beside the smugglers camp which is out of the way, just to name a few

Everything is server side, if it looks like you hit him on your screen but the other persons already told the server that they crouched, it’s not gonna count. That’s not a net code problem, that’s just how all video games work.

I just feel like I’ve started too late into this “wipe” everyone seems to have m855 with decked out AR’s and lvl 4 armor and I just got to the point where I can get 5.45 T ammo and I just can’t kill nobody with the weapon mods I can get, I’ve been trying to get better with my aim in arena and seem to do fine I’m placing like top 2-3 but for some reason “aiming for the head” is not working for me. I’m wearing lvl 3 and a bank robber because it’s cheap. I’m getting either head eyes, top of the head, jaws, right/armpit with M855, PS, BP, BT for the most part. I don’t get killed with the ammo I’m using because everyone else is too far ahead to the better ammo/armor. I like this game I really do. I just can barely get anyone killed. I’ve leg meta people a couple times but usually when I start shooting they just flick and dome me or light me up with whatever else. I’ve resorted to scav raids to get my money/gear up but idk if my tolerance will last that long. I’m trying to just quest instead of looking for fights but on customs everyone’s camping the cars I need to mark so that’s pointless too.

i wound suggest you take an hour and go over those junkboxes one by one and put items u will need 100% in an extra one.
Look each item on tarkov wiki, how many u need for hideout or quest.
Use in game search function, to see how many of this one item u have in other junkboxes.
If you need more of the certain item u looked up just now, mark it wishhlist

new item comes in: you check how many overall u need with wiki
and how many u have with search function

depending on the map, i'd say its best to avoid the high traffic areas on scav runs max your chances of getting out plenty of spots to find stuff too

hello! i am gonna write this in here bc i think this is the best spot to put it and i see no other tabs for questions. i havent played tarkov in like.... maybe a year max? been really busy and other stuff and i know the game officially came out a few weeks ago. i just recently installed in and am playing again, but i noticed going back through my starter kit i got a kitted MPX.... a LEDX and a GPU in basekit starter loot. arent those supposed to be rare? and used for later game quests? (i do know the LEDx needs to be FIR) and idk where the MPX came from. im sure i missed something being gone for so long but i wanna make sure there isnt a bugg or something. or did that just become a part of starter loot to help out newer people?

there was a dedicated spawn, people got salty they missed it, so BSG gave it to everyone. def hold on to it though, you still need one FIR and one for med level 3
