Most (except for like 3 I think) require you to either buy stuff from or sell stuff to (Quests money counts also).
As for the second question - You can either buy them from traders for money (If you have high enough rank with them) or barter items. Or use the flea market when you're lvl 15 and up

there's a check in the top right of items you're need for quests, that is your first indication. from there, i'd keep a running list of items you need for quest progression. beyond that it's gonna be a lot of memorization/reliance on charts they may make. getting a handle on the massive loot pool is a key part of it, unfortunately

@true coral whats happening is that your system is to strong for tarkov so your system is only giving tarkov a bit of your cpu, gpu etc so setting it to high priority will make sure your system is giving its all to tarkov , additionally make sure your settings are ultra for max FPS other wise your system only uses like 60-80% of the GPU .

1.Open the Battlestate Games Launcher.
2.Click on your profile name in the top right.

i think thats a server side issue for client side all you do are these things. loads the 3D models , loads the textures ,loads the item stats from the master loot tables.
The server is responsible for generating the actual loot list for your specific raid instance (e.g., "GPU in PC block 3, Tushonka in duffle bag 1")
The "infinite load" happens when your client has finished its job and is waiting for the server to send it this "loot list" data.

This is a synchronization problem. Your client is sitting there with its hand out, waiting for the server to give it the data, and the server is either too busy, can't connect to you properly, or a bug is causing the handshake to fail.

I can't load in on my PVE scav raids. Long load times (15+ minutes) and the game crashes. PMC raids are working normally.
