How do streamers tell what they're facing? It seems like they always know whether it's a PMC/scav/raider etc some times just from the sound they make.
To me they all look the same, sure I can usually tell the difference between scavs and PMCs but if I encounter the goons I have no idea until I hear their voice lines. They look like PMCs. Do people just remember what gear they wear and recognize that?

Wiki says being stationary in foliage so holding corner should be fine, it also doesnt spawn Partisan, but if he spawns he targets the PMC with the lowest karma

shotgun vs other guns = you are at at a disadvantage most of the time, you need piranha or flechette, or the ap ammo to be able to damage. otherwise go for the legs. but thats just me maybe someone else has more details.

The run I just did was better than I thought, I got lucky spawns for how low my scav rep is so +250k from what I started with, then 300-400 from the little bits I was able to grab before extracting

as scav you wanna push for water treatment as a scav and loot the rare spawns first.
You have to beat other scavs to the loot

Also: you don´t have to clear the camp. Rogues leave you alone, as long as you keep your distance

so im new to health system but basics is if a limb is blacked out it deals damage to the rest of the body if hit again. but if you black out thorax or head its an insta kill? (and ofc if it bleeds to black its a one shot even with a toy gun?)

There is also a multiplier if you hit blacked out limbs, black out head and thorax are not an insta death but if you get hit again on a blacked out head or thorax youre basically dead
