Yeah don't really have any advice to give unfortunately. It's tricky, if you leave spawn first you get bumrushed by like 10 scavs and then the spawn next to you is probably camping your hallway. If you leave spawn too late... They're probably camping your hallway haha

Unfortunately you kind of have to just bash your head into a wall and keep doing it. I think I was down like 15-20m stash value by the time I finished it

The achievement is nice and the hideout is pretty cool, just wish it had like a clothing cosmetic or something. Id much prefer that.

I've got a 2080TI and a 7800X3D and I play on low or medium but its a give a take game. I run lower "look good" so I can "move and update" good. Lower graphics higher FPS and vice versa. Its more of a personal preference. I've played the game at 35 FPS and I've played at 145FPS. I like it right in the middle for my machine.

Ok, so:

1. When you heard him you should have stayed in the corner and not move OR find a better position. When you shuffled, he could hear it from a mile away and he was ready.
2. He peeked you from his right side, you did from your left. In game, it is much stronger when you peek from the right side, less of the model is showing, so basically he saw you first.
3. You had a pistol with VERY low penetration (probably, i assume you are new) and he had a helmet on. You obviously did not hit him in the face, so the bullets bounced off of his helmet (or armor).
4. Then he just burst you to death, don't know if you had any armor or not

A much better position for you would have been (imho) to let him pass without him hearing you hoping he does not see you, and shoot him in the back or take up position on the top floors and hit him from above. But in general, in an outright fight, you lose unless you hit the face immediately.

For Stirrup, go to GZ if you are below level 20 and try to get on that terrace with broken glass, you go above where you are in the video continue up to the street and in the building on the right camp on the first floor. You can almost certainly get a kill off of someone coming from exactly where you were (probably that guy that you encountered) or someone coming through the building from the restaurant. Same tactic for Shooter 3.

I am struggling with the basic character control 😂 For example I am standing next to a window with a sniper rifle, I press "alt+d" to lean and peek slowly, but then if I want to move even more my character makes a normal step, is there way to move in slower increments here? Best advice I personally can give you for beginning your adventure is SCAV SCAV SCAV as often as you can as soon as its up. Learn the maps that way no risk high reward. You will start to see the difference in what scavs (ones that don't shoot at you as a scav) and PMCs look like. Some people will say not to scav but trust me haha do it

nah i was asking all the same questions when i started, what case do you have?

id farm money in scav runs and then mod the aks from prapor with like a handguard and grip from level 1 skier nad if you have the money or want to you can add a laser, charging handle for extra ergo, and the mrs reflex sight all of which are availaible from level 1 traders

and use the US ammo and aim for limbs unless you have a clean faceshot since its later in the wipe and players will have decent armor. you can also find good 545 ammo pretty easily on woods at either camps
