In short: yes. Also included muscle ache status, from mild to severe. But you can gain Str and End exp in raid after workout like normal. You just have to refill your energy and hydration before raiding

366 tends to be shot from smoothbore guns with a rifled choke to bypass Russian gun laws on rifles vs smoothbore shotguns (which is why the Mp 18 is a "shotgun" btw).
They tend to have somewhat poor balistics and a substantial MOA so it could be an accuracy issue if you're going for 100m+ shots.

AK's aren't exactly known for being sniper platforms anyway but they are serviceable (problem being that the 74 sometimes lacks the punch to headshot rogues with their increased health).
If you want a budget bolt action I'd go M700 loaded with BCP or better or SV 98 with T 46. A 762x39 AK loaded with PS should also do the trick for rogues if they don't have a ulach.

For 300m+ shots I'd take something like the march tactical scope, 3x-24x so you can count their nostrils if you need to.

Check if you are really mounted down. There are 2 commands for the bipod. First is the command to erect the bipod vertically, the 2nd command is the actual mounting of the surface. You can tell you have mounted properly if you can only look left and right at like a 60 degrees at a time.

Just make sure to not save on ammo. Buy the best one the traders offer at your level at the time. If in doubt, choose the one with the highest penetration value. Same with armor, in most cases it's best to take the highest class available. Ideally class 4 or 5, but you probably have to unlock them.

A good base line could be AKS (silenced with a reflex sight), class 4 armor, class 4 helmet and a headset

It might seem expensive, but money comes and goes quickly in tarkov. Better to buy a good kit that may last a few raids, than 3 budget kits that might get you killed quicker and end up costing more in the long run

Otherwise play equip that feels good for you. I like to just stick with the 5.45x39 AK variants until I unlock the flea

And even then they are still viable for questing

Prapor sells one with a silencer already attached, but I think it has to be unlocked first.

For attachment compatibility you can usually right click on a gun or attachment and then click "linked search". This will filter compatible things.

If you end up using the same gun modding config over and over again I would suggest creating a preset. So you right click a weapon, then click on "edit build" and there you can choose your attachments and "save as".

With that saved preset you can buy the same gun, right click, click on "edit build", click on "load preset" or "open preset" (I don't remember the wording). There you can apply the previously created preset / modding configuration. From here, click on the assemble button and follow the next steps to bulk buy the necessary attachments for that preset

saves a lot of time compared to manually modding every gun

I just checked. The silenced ak is the AKS-74UB. You unlock it by completing Prapors quest "Debut".

T4 has to be unlocked, but I'd use the highest available. At the beginning it's a bit annoying as you don't have access to helmets that can be used along headsets

The strenght training strat is sj-6, running a full stamina sprint, wait until you stamina recharges, doing it again then reset the raid

The trick is: first time leveling a skill in raid gets extra xp, strengh xp comes from how long a distance you ran, after ending sprinting you get the xp

@native elk you should find teammates from the discord to help show you the ropes. Alternatively you can also check the "play offline" mode and even turn AI off just to figure out maps and where extracts are at. Ground Zero and Customs should be your first two to prioritize

But yeah don't use the "searching for squad" feature within the game. 99% of the time if you actually get invited to a group you are going to be immediately gunned down upon loading in.

Need to use a CMS. Can be difficult if you have none early on. Loot Nippers and barter with Jaeger for them. Loot them in raid. Keep them in your secure container. If you have none make sure you have painkillers handy and get out of raid when you end up with a blacked body part.

you need to take water and food. Especially, if you're going to hang back in the beginning of the raid.

Ouch that's rough. Looting scavs in raid for food and water so you make sure you have some handy (scavs have food items on them like 70% of the time*
*except when you need it lol.)
When you're out of energy and drink just keep walking and spamming your heals. As long as your head and chest don't go black hopefully you can make it out

Again, can be rough when all you're rocking is the Cheese packet heals. Those go quick.

Clin is probably best to just craft if you need it FIR. Otherwise just keep doing what you're doing and hope you can manifest one. Kektape is pretty easy in the same places you're looking. Try technical wooden loot crates as well, but could also craft that as well.

Any soft armor under plates is good, specifically those with neck protection. Putting level 4-5 plates in a Kirasa-N is cheap and solid.

P90 is good newer player gun because virtually zero recoil, 50 rounds, pretty cheap. Have to hit face though.

I believe Skier because you get a recovery quest for the rep youll lose for the other 2. Skier's is the most expensive to fufil as he just asks you for 1m roubles but prapor asks for like 20 nades and therapist for stims. So it wont be a big deal no matter who you pick but the most expensive is usually skier

No, you can do that in as many raids as needed. Try a loud weapon to lure more scavs.
The yellow flare can be shot off whenever you want too, you don't even need a single scav kill for the flare to count.

just click mouse one to cancel all animations, healing or reloading. Takes a second to finish the animation tough (eg you'll still load that round you were loading but you won't grab the next round and you'll stop healing yourself but you still have to put away your medbag).
