As far as I can tell the kit is correct and interchange scavs should count towards progress.
That said, for personal convenience you probably should swap out the sight on that g36 and bring a tourniquet.

For a cheap armor the Zhuk-3 has always been a go to for me, buy plates for it for about 30 k and you set

it's pretty complicated
but it's pretty similar to how it used to be, there's just a couple more hitboxes

there's a throat hitbox, that can only be covered by soft armor and its hp pool is drawn from thorax

and there's also the sides, some armors allow small side plates that cover the entire side with very little gaps

soft armor is basically secondary protection, if the round doesn't penetrate it greately reduces blunt, if it does, it slightly reduces damage taken

the best armor i think would be the osprey rigs, bargly, ghizel with good plates, but thats my little experience talking

overall it's very similar to the old system, but now you can swap out plates mid raid for example if your front plate got fucked up

I have enough general sensitivity, so i could 180 while sprinting. That uses like 70% of my mousepad. ADS sensitivity is quite lower

Its all confidence. Low confidence makes you scared and play bad. High confidence will let you loosen up and think what to do better and not be stiff (irl and ingame). You need to just force yourself to enter fights. Rush people and dictate the pace instead of being scared and allowing others to do so. Arena is also quite a good pvp confidence builder.

Lighthouse is shitty but learn spawns, use other weapons than snipers (rpd works well with hp, shotguns, aks, whatever you prefer) and use the terrain, also if you get bad spawn just extract if its near

i mostly ran 5.45 AKs or the SKS for that quest
