(could be wrong as I don't scav) but I do believe there's a bug where if you alt f4 before you find a game when using a transit on your scav everything you have on you carries on to your next raid.

I've done the practice mode for Ground Zero quite a lot, I know the exits and how to do the missions. I get killed so fast in real PvP mode though

-Stop running everywhere - sprinting is very loud and gives you away, it provides a lot of opportunity to ambush you. Whenever you're in high-traffic areas, be very disciplined about when you sprint.
-Have a goal in mind every raid, plan a route and try to stick roughly to it. If you notice a route failing 3 times in a row, change your route. This makes it easier to keep track of which routes actually work and which are reliably dangerous.
-Positioning is everything. In combat, frequently reposition, map knowledge is critical. Pick your fights, don't be afraid to retreat
-The first 5-7 minutes are the most dangerous. Don’t try to push for a task or cross the map too early. Hunker down or loot near your spawn, and let things get a little more predictable.
-Ammo is more important than guns, but you need to know how to use what ammo you have. High damage vs High penetration is a critical difference - double click on the rounds to see the values.
-Learn from every death, there's almost always a lesson, recording them and watching them back really helps improve
-Most importantly, have fun with it - don't be afraid to take a break if it's frustrating you too much

I do not understand why this triggers you so much honestly. That was not a flex at all, I have been in support services as well and knowing the user background helps. As I said RAM is not the issue, it is not capping at all, Tarkov is consuming 6GB at most. And the same rig was working like a charm in tarkov one year ago. Having more RAM does not improve performances unless it is cappin,g, at most, it can help by adding banks and make full of more channels. But please, lets stop argue about the RAM. I'll add i also get backend errors and timout errors. It strongly smells of connection issues.

best solution is to get a cheap m.2 or nvme and reinstall window and only put heavy games like tarkov on it ( yeah its a pain to have to go through all that) also double your ram to 32gb of dd4 best buy usually runs some good sales from the app and you'll be running like 1-2 min load times on most maps(also depends on if your in a group). also having a wired connection helps alot

the raiders are on labs and reserve, theyre effectively juiced up scavs with better ai, rogues are at the rogue compound on lighthouse and theyre alot like the ai pmcs those 2 groups are alot like juiced scavs with better aim, the goons however are 3 bosses that roam between certain maps and are alot more aggressive with better ammo, guns and ai, not sure about big pipe and knight but birdeye has silent foot steps so when youre fighting them, if youve killed big pipe and knight (you'll know from their accessories) but you cant hear bird eye, dont assume youve killed him

abuse angles and always be aware that you might not be able to see the ai but they might be able to see you simply because of how they function, eg you might get shot through a window you cant see through or a bush and always check pockets and bags of scavs they can give you marked keys, its rare but its worth a check, with the new update to hideout items while you might be hoarding a bit search "items needed for hideout upgrades tarkov" and "all items needed for quests in tarkov" as some of those may be very hard to find and instead of selling them youre better off keeping them, also try to maximise the efficiency of your stash space using storage containers when theyre available to you, my early wipe goals are usually to focus on questing and collect money along the way to buy a junk box from therapist, with all that said, insure and repair with prapor, sell valuables to therapist

take that with a grain of salt btw cus im not very good or experienced this is just what ive learned so far and its brought me some success

behavior is the biggest thing, harder to tell in pve cause everythings a bot
but yea, PMCs wear camo and scavs wear brigher colors more often
PMCs have helmets more and bigger bags

yea player scavs will be cocky af, they'll be running around everywhere - you can just hit f1 to voiceline and they'll talk back

if you start hearing someone who is creepin, really taking their time and aiming at everything, that's almost always a PMC

if you hit f1 and he doesn't voiceline back, thats the confirmation

bot scavs are obvious cause they're bots
