No tutorial you get dropped until live unless you choose to do offline raid to get familiar with the game

USEC is western mercs, BEAR is Russian mecs/spec ops. This means different starting equipment (eg USEC gets M4A1's, BEAR gets AK-74M's), different voice lines (Bear speaks either Russian or in a Russian accent), different clothing options (drip or drown).
For gameplay purposes the differences are negligible, starter kit will last you a week before you're going to be using trader equipment in the best case and sometimes you can trick players into believing you are an AI with Russian voice lines.

The major difference is that the rogue faction on lighthouse is friendly to USEC until provoked but that is a map you probably shouldn't touch that much in your first wipe anyways. The BTR taxi on some maps alegedly provides services to Bear for cheaper than it does to Usec but I'm not certain that's true or not.

Most players tend to play Usec but there are certain 'kill x amount of opposing faction" tasks that are easier for Bear to complete because of that reason. Bear and usec can play together so it mostly boils down to preference for uniforms, voice and intitial equipment

Best not to, other scavs go hostile, the loot is rarely worth it and the more karma you lose the longer your cooldowns.
If you get high karma, simply loading into a scav raid and rushing extract instantly is a lot more profitable than almost anything you're going to get from being a traitor scav.

leveling traders by doing their quests. you usually don't find good armour and weapons in the raids. even if you find it is more weight to carry

i think analgin is cheap to buy and you dont need to worry about losing it if you die. i would not bother with CAR kit as well. It is on the Alpha and it will take longer to heal since you cant attribute a keybind to it. I would recommend leaving it on your tactical rig and make a keybind to it so it is easier to heal

You can jump on the back windowsill, use ur alt look, and if you get just the right spot, you can grab the case through the window.

oh i would shoot you on sight as well lol unless you voip some ho ho ho or something like that, i dont like people approaching me without saying something. got betrayed too much just trusting on wiggles or voicelines. even if people voip its not guaranteed people will not shoot. got betrayed once after 5 minutes chatting with some guy lol but i encourage that. tarkov used to have a lot more interactions with PMCs. See Smoke's youtube for instance. He have like 500 videos where he befriended PMCs

I don't reccomend the task this early though if you're know, you need to go plant the magazine on customs without dying inbetween

Transit is basically doing another raid on top of the one you just did, so you usually need to bring extra ammo and food because you dont return to your stash

Your best bet as a scav is to just not shoot, pmc wear green and tactic clothing, scavs have usually more brighter color and casual clothes

scavs will normally talk back if you do one. and if you have a mic you can talk to player scavs and pmcs by holding K

On the drive, where tark is installed: Set pagefile max to 64000.
Despite what dude tells, the number is not ram dependent but rather how much space is on your drive.
