When the wipe hits, everybody is going to go after the same objectives including you. Late wipe most of those early wipe objectives are mostly uncontested so it's good practice to start now so you know what you are doing.
On the other hand, when everyone is going for the same objectives that also means locked rooms with quest objectives in them are often unlocked by other players so if you go to them late in the raid there is a good chance the door will be unlocked and you can save a bunch of money on expensive keys.

When you’re going into a raid you can play practice mode. It’s basically an pve only raid that you can customize and practice anything you’d like for example where extracts are, or testing weapons, or just used to the loot locations.

You enable practice mode by clicking raid, select pmc, click continue, select the map you’d like, click continue, and there you will see a bunch of text where you can check off “activate practice mode”

Shadow is what promotes EFT to play on it, but their website says Steam platform... (On their website as quote "Install Steam, launch Escape from Tarkov and start the game.") I have a feeling they dont quite know what they are talking about...

Also as one of the first Shadow PC users and old time content creator for them, I can tell you own thing - while its nice to have a "such a strong gaming pc", having your own local PC is much better.

I would recommend finding PC sellers, and get that on monthly instalments. Thats what I did - went from paying 20 bucks to Shadow, (never owning it in the end) to paying 60 bucks a month for 2 years for a PC that was mine to own.

Additionally - check your actual EFT settings and play around with them. Changed them for a new player yesterday and he could finally get in his 1st scav run (had server connection lost prior to it and could only play pmc)
