jaeger can sometimes specialize in shotguns and snipers though

peacekeeper has a few selective items that can only be sold to him like SSD cards

The Rapist (meds/barter items) > Mechanic (guns ammo parts and such) > Ragman (clothes and equipment) > Peacekeeper (information eg usb sticks, diaries, SSD's, pays in Dollars instead of roubles) > Skier for grenades > Jaeger for melee weapons, leave your melee slot open in raid for that extra loot slot (iirc also pays extra for scopes) > Fence for guns bellow 50% durability (recomended to use a repair kit first to both level repair skill and get better prices from Mechanic if you can)

To level up traders you need to spend a certain amount of money with them both buying and/or selling. Skier, Peacekeeper and Jaeger tend to lag somewhat behind on money spent when you reach the required levels so keep that in mind. You can also just purchase dollars/euros from them to make up the difference since you can spend those later.

There is no limit, but they do expire. Propar stays at 3 days, Therapist insurance lasts for I think 5 or 7 days but it slightly more expensive. But you get it quicker as well

Setup's fine for me when I get lots of money and unlocked AP-20, the only issue is trying to find angles where I could get close enough to someone without being outgunned from range, so I either rat in dorms because everyone goes there or chase shots when I think I could push without gunned down from long range

Always take a gun into raid + a vest / armor / whatever or you'll be tagged and cursed - as for getting out, imo the quest is the easiest when you spawn on the checkpoint side of the map as this way big red will be near your extract and you wont risk too much, in your case id just forget about focusing on the quest if you spawn on the big red side and focus on looting a bit

also, if you decide to give up scavving on lighthouse (as it can be hard) you can try to follow this route as a scav to do a stash run on customs - not as profitable as lighthouse but usually nets about 200k+ profit if done right and its easier
