Sell to Jaeger or fence if you haven't got jaeger yet. Not worth looting unless you keep your melee slot open and slap it in there.
Otherwise, there is a barter for MP5's and UMP's that is good value early wipe, check fence for knives every now and again if you want to do the barter (right click, required search).
There is a quest that requires them but since just about every single scav has them it's not worth keeping for that.

if you don't have ragman 2 then its probably fine to use, but you can find armour that will potentially serve you better like kirasas etc., once you get ragman 2 or flea you can get these relatively easy, and can also unlock 6b13 etc. and by that point probably don't bother with MMAC

Headsets increase volume of certain sounds while dampening others, can look up video comparison to see which you'd like the most, but personally I don't use them, since if running in a team it makes it too loud and can't hear teammates properly, at least that was my experience. And about the meds, i'd recommend another esmarch. and as Zyg said you might want to put it in the container, since if you don't die instantly then you can use them, not as easy as just hotbaring them but still. And if you don't want to put it in the container then i'd move it all to pockets and instead of a chest rig i'd take a backpack, so you can take larger items, because if you manage to kill a scav then you can take his rig for extra space, because they don't always have backpacks, but almost always have a rig on them

2. Same building, behind lobby, corridor with rubble at the end, body under rubble has key. This key opens doors in the same building on the floor, behind which you will find hard drive for this quest (look around desk in the middle).
3. Leaving this building by main entrance go left. You will find car extract for quest.
4. Building next to car extract, go up the stairs, past barbed-wire (you can use rail). One of rooms has machine gun for quest. Good spawn of M4 on table next to it.
5. Building with 'curved' wall. Go as high as you can, second machine gun for quest is at window of second room.
6. Emercom extract you should find naturally. Medical tents with extraction.
7. Later you will get quest for liquour store. It's exactly run-forwards while leaving building at 3. Inside this store find wine bottle on shelves.

Would go with you ingame, but nobody wants to play with me due to not using VC.

Best peice of Objective advice for anyone playing this game, is change your Quick Reload and Reload buttons to two different keys.
The game by default waits 0.3s between your first press of R and the second press of R before it starts either animation, effectively slowing you down by a third of a second because theyre both on the same key and the computer has to wait to see if you will press the R key a 2nd time within a certain time window to determine if a regular reload or a quick reload was intended.

thats one peice of advice no one can argue, because who wants a 0.3s delay on anything you do, let alone changing mags.

Little things will add up to you making better plays, save time when you can. Thats why a lot of the med items that have 2second use times are more valuable than their 4sec-5sec use counterparts i.e. esmarch tourniquet and the hemostat

The receiver was insured, which means you probably previously used it, and it was fully insured, and then at some point you changed the stock on it and did not insure after that, because the gun would still have the outline around it in the insurance screen before you enter the raid, even though parts are not insured
