Well i wouldnt call it rng, but it doesent make the more skillful either. Essentially its not rng where you spray, but now spraying at a fully geared player that chad ran up stairs and surprised you a legit defense mechanism instead of "well im dead" moment

You actually have a fighting chance in a surprise situation, not because you spray and hope a bullet connects, but because you might not have a clear shot at other parts of the body. Now you can still aim center of mass, Iike you should, and have a decent chance of killing.

So yeah i think its less of a "headshot or concede" gameplay, like idk, csgo is a lot of the times

it is tho bc the spray is inherently rng since the recoil update as well. You can "control the recoil" but there is still a random spray within a horizontal area resulting in some fights where u might 2 tap a guy and others where the guy is wearing the same armor but eats 7 bullets bc they all hit his plate instead of aramid. Its impossible to truly accurately aim almost every gun in the game outside of some 9mm guns and like the aug.

meta builds now still have horrendous horizontal recoil which is a huge problem

luckily they did say they are gonna change it

idk i just think a level 5 armor that costs 200k should offer some gurantee of protection around a certain part of the body and it has a chance to do absolutely nothing if a scav gets a lucky shot

And by the way: The main use of dogtags is barters. And the mission to turn in dogtags is usually coupled with killing them.
